Vadingo – Our service in detail

Vadingo is the world‘s first free hotel price negotiation system. Travellers search hotels and offer their travel dates, preferences, and budgets directly to chosen hotels in their destination. With a few clicks, hoteliers may then easily accept, decline, or make counter-offers, privately and directly to the traveller.

How Vadingo works for the hotelier?

1. The Search

Once your hotel is listed at Vadingo.com, travellers enter their search criteria (destination, category, price, etc.) and if your hotel fits their criteria, details of your hotel are professionally presented to the traveller, provided you‘ve made rooms available for bookings during the requested travel period.

2. The Trial

If the traveller likes your hotel, with one click, their travel plans and budget are forwarded directly to you via email. You then have 24 hours to respond to the traveller in your Vadingo back office. If and how you respond to this traveller is your decision alone. For example, it‘s radically simple to accept the traveller‘s budget, or offer another price. Or perhaps you might offer a room upgrade, or a day at the spa? - Whatever you believe will compel the traveller to book your hotel. You alone set your offer and only the traveller can see your offer. Optionally, your hotel may remain completely anonymous until the traveller finalises the booking. This allows you to protect your brand, prevent price erosion and competitive “spying”

3. The Booking

Your reply offer is available to the traveller for 48 hours. As soon as the traveller has accepted your offer and booking conditions, we give you access to all necessary customer information (including credit card data). Now simply send your future guest a booking confirmation to make the reservation binding.
