Payment Conditions

1st PAYMENT 50% to confirm the booking (within 4 days from confirmed booking)
2rd PAYMENT 50% 30 days before occupation
When making your bank payment, please send the receipt by fax or e-mail.
In the event of not respecting the conditions indicated, except where otherwise previously agreed, we will inmediately cancel the reservation and the cancellation conditions will apply.
INFORMATION AND COMMITMENTS:
l. Electricity will be set at an average price of € 0,20/Kwh.
2. Oil or gas-fired central heating will be paid for according to consumption in Is. or at market price.
DEPOSIT, LEASE
This is set a €300 (three hundred), which will be deposited,
when the keys are handed over to the tenant and the lease signed for use other than that of a usual residence.
EQUIPMENT:
The premises rented will be equipped with sufficient household linen and items, in
agreement with the number of people and the category assigned.
FINAL CLEANING: it is included.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS AND PENALTIES:
The conditions apply and calculate the penalties on the day that the information inreceived in writing, by fax or e-mail:
a) 90 days or more before the occupancy period = 10% price of rent
b) 89 to 60 days before the occupancy period = 30% price of rent
c) 59 to 30 days before the occupancy period = 50% price of rent
d) 29 to 10 days before the occupancy period = 80% price of rent
e) 9 to O days before fue occupancy period = 100% price of rent
