Payment Conditions
DEPOSITO POLICYThis defines the policy for prepayment/deposit requirements.
20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
CHILDREN AND EXTRA BED POLICY
This policy defines the possibility of accommodating children and the availability of extra beds. If you do not want to offer extra beds at all, please use the bed type "no extra beds available".
All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 3.80 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
VAT AND CYTY/TOURIST TAXES
This policy defines VAT and additional city/tourist taxes.
7 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
MEAL PLAN
This policy defines the breakfast and meal plan. Note that the system defines half board as shortcut for breakfast and dinner or breakfast.
Buffet breakfast costs EUR 9.30 per person per night.
Half board costs EUR 23.50 per person per night.
Dinner costs EUR 19.00 per person per night.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation PolicyThis policy defines how to handle cancellations
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged.
