NOU HOTELET, THE HOTEL
In previous decades Cas Ferrer Nou was a blacksmith’s house. Some centuries ago, it was part of Alcudia’s main square. Now this small house has 6 rooms, patio, lounge area and terraces. This hotel has been created with careful attention to detail. . In the hope that you will enjoy your holiday on the island and keep the memory as a souvenir of the time you spent with us.

Cas Ferrer Nou Hotelet is an exclusive space situated in a privileged situation with 6 modern and quiet rooms. Each of them has been designed with a different concept in mind. These concepts are linked with lyrism and Mediterranean life attempting to capture a new cosmopolitan, yet comfortable way of life. Throughout the hotel, tradition is mixed with modernism and different Mediterranean themes are represented. Some of these concepts are L’Alguer, Pollentia, Estambul, Botticelli, Safo and Kavafis.
BREAKFAST IN AND OUT
You will have the pleasure to discover the Majorcan taste based on elegance and quality. A simple, yet carefully prepared food is enhanced by the most typical, natural Majorcan ingredients. The Balearic food tradition is based on special atmosphere and excellent service. You can do at your leisure: inside or outside, on the patio, in the bar or in the lounge area.

We take your health and happiness very seriously at Cas Ferrer Nou Hotelet. Auca Salut Spa, next to the hotel, offers you a complete range of face and body treatments with natural products such as “la mer” (exclusive to the area). Individual or different programs (relaxing, stress-relieving, weight-lifting) of 2, 5 or 7 days are available. As you wish, we can offer massages and treatments in the Spa area or in your own room. Of course, with special prices for the hotel customers.

LIVING IN ALCUDIA
Cas Ferrer Nou Hotelet is in the centre of Alcudia, in the North of the island. The streets of Alcudia are a mosaic of the different Mediterranean cultures. Centuries ago, the North of Mallorca was a strategic political point because of its position privileged between the two bays protected by mountains. Alcudia became the most important roman city in the Balearic Island and was known as Pollentia. Near the hotel you can visit the ruins of Pollentia which constitute the main roman remains of Mallorca. It is also possible to see the remains of Muslim and Christian conquests and the influences of Italian Renaissance.
Alcudia has much to offer for those interested in nature and ecology. The Nature Reserve of S’Albufera is nearby and offers a quiet haven of beauty and a variety of bird life. The bay over 12 kilometres of beach, savage calas and mountains where you can practice sports as kayaking, snorkelling …
The new Aucanada Golf Course is situated a few kilometres form the hotel and the Club is also close by. Cas Ferrer Nou Hotelet is situated in the centre of Alcudia, in the North of Mallorca. The airport and Palma de Mallorca are 50 km. away. Some of the most beautiful beaches on the island are within a 5 km radius, such as Cala Coll Baix, S’Illot and the bays of Alcudia and Pollença.

1/ Drive to Alcudia old-town
2/ Follow the signs to “Plaza de toros”
3/ Park at the “Plaza de toros”
4/ Walk to the hotel (150 m.), street Pou Nou
- Alguer room. This room is on the main floor, close to the patio and the hall. It has a private Jacuzzi.
- Pollentia room. This room is on the first floor, close to the common terrace. It's design in a yellow and white colour
- Estambul room. This room is on the first floor and it's the biggest Double Superior Room.

Payment Conditions
GUARANTEE POLICY:Reservations will be guaranteed though a credit card. The hotel will charge a 20% of the amount of the reservation as a deposit.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY:* In case of cancellations until 31 days before the check-in, the hotel will return the 20% of deposit.
* 31 days – 15 days. In case of cancellation between this period, the hotel will charge the 20% of the amount, the equivalent of the deposit.
* 15 days – 5 days. In case of cancellation between this period, the hotel will charge the 50% of the amount (20% of deposit + 30%).
* The last 5 days before of the check-in. In case of cancellation between this period, the hotel will charge the 80% of the amount (20% of deposit + 60%).
