The pool is on the first level, with a large paved sun terrace. A few steps higher is the main level where the house stands, surrounded by a terrace with barbecue and terrace furniture.
Entering the property, there is a fully-fitted kitchen, a dining-room with seating for all guests, and a living room with satellite television. On this floor there are also two bedrooms, each with two single beds and one bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms each with private terrace and sea view. Two of these bedrooms have double bed and the third has two single beds. On
this floor there is one en suite bathroom with full bath, and another bathroom shared by two rooms, with a bath and a bidet. All rooms have individual heating and air-conditioning.
Access from the road is by a set of steps to the first level which consists of the pool area and terrace, all furnished with high quality teak and stainless steel sun loungers. A further set of steps leads up to the main entrance level which features another terrace with teak dining furniture and a parasol. A stroll through the french doors leads to the light and airy lounge and separate dining area. Here too is a large fully fitted kitchen with modern pine cabinets and granite worktops.
There are two twin-bedded bedrooms and a shared bathroom at the end of a small hall on the main level. Then stairs lead up to the top floor which has a double-bedded room and another with twin beds sharing a large balcony and a family bathroom. A further twin bedroom has its own private balcony and en-suite bathroom.
Alcudia is a great centre for a holiday in Mallorca, with easy access to miles of sandy beaches, rocky calas and cool mountains. There is an abundance of bars and restaurants nearby if you want them, yet you can easily retreat into your own little world of peace and serenity.
